Toby co-founded Quantum in 1998 and is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. He is active in the firm’s decision-making, strategy and fundraising efforts. He also serves as Quantum’s primary point of contact on the Investment Committee of Quantum Resources, LP.
Prior to co-founding Quantum, Toby co-founded Windrock Capital, Ltd. Prior to Windrock, he worked in the energy investment banking group of Kidder, Peabody & Co., where he worked on mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and corporate debt and equity financings for energy companies. Toby holds a B.B.A. in Finance from New York University.
